Participants will discuss the future of the national climate agenda, the expansion of the Sakhalin Climate Experiment experience to other regions of the country, the development of the bioeconomy and the “blue” economy of the Far East, the workforce agenda in the climate sector, as well as the role of the fuel and energy complex in achieving carbon neutrality. The program includes a Meeting of the Commission of the State Council of the Russian Federation on the “Investments” area.
